Order processing

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during promotions, launches or unusually high order volume.

Shipping options and costs

Available destinations, carriers, services and shipping charges are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and cart. If a destination or service is not offered at checkout, we cannot ship the order using that option.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery window shown at checkout or in tracking is an estimate provided by the carrier, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weather, carrier operations, customs and address issues may cause delays after an order leaves our fulfillment process.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.

Address changes

Contact hello@petvibess.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after processing or shipment begins. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If tracking has not updated, the package appears missing, or the order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order number and relevant photos when applicable. We will review the available carrier and order information and explain the next step. PetVibess is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, but we will help you investigate.

International taxes and duties

Where international delivery is available, import taxes, duties or brokerage charges may apply. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns

Shipping and delivery questions are separate from return eligibility. Review our Refund Policy before returning an item.
