PetVibess is operated by Seven Six LLC, registered at 1922 Doreen Ave, South El Monte, CA 91733, United States. Online orders are fulfilled through our warehouse at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. These locations serve different business functions.

Order processing

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping options and costs

Available destinations, carriers, services, shipping charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and cart.

Delivery estimates

Delivery windows shown at checkout or in tracking are estimates provided by the carrier, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address changes and delivery issues

Use our contact form or email hello@petvibess.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after processing begins.

Returns
